Chipping Football Club is seeking a new first team manager for the 2024/25 season.

A club spokesman said: "Chipping football club are inviting applications for the role of 1st team manager following the announcement that current Managers Chris Cookson and Liam Zolotarczuk are to step down at the end of the season due to work and family commitments.

"We are seeking someone ideally with knowledge of the West Lancashire football league who can continue to build on the clubs recent success and constant growth.

"The successful applicant can be provided with a full and thorough hand over from the current managers and would be supported by the existing Reserve team manager, incoming A-Team manager and club volunteers as well as the club committee.

"Formal coaching qualifications are not a necessity. Funding towards FA qualifications available. This is a volunteer role."
