In addition, five clubs will bring new reserve sides into the league next season in Reserve Division Two – Appley Bridge Res, Langho Res, Mill Hill Res, Galgate Res and Standish St Wilf’s Res.
Coppull Res were reprieved from relegation in Reserve Division One.

Milnthorpe Corinthians Res have resigned and will join the Westmorland League.

It means Reserve Division One will run with 13 teams while Reserve Division Two will have 14 teams.

Two clubs will be promoted automatically as normal from each division and then 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th will compete in end-of-season play-offs.

It will be 3 v 6 and 4 v 5 in the semi-finals with the highest ranked side at home. Matches will be 90 minutes and then straight to penalties if scores are level.

The winners will meet in the final to be staged at the ground of the remaining highest-ranked side.

Referee and assistant referee fees will be split between both competing clubs in all play-off matches.
