Teams of the Year revealed!

By Andy Sykes

The best players during the 2022/23 West Lancashire League season were honoured in our first ever Team of the Year awards.

We asked clubs and managers in each division to nominate the best goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, striker and manager they came up against during the season.

Those with the most votes were selected in a 3-4-3 formation.

Rossendale striker Tom Hulme got the most votes of any player in the league with no less than eight nominations in Division One.
