Member clubs will decide via a vote at the league’s AGM on June 5, this year to be held at Croston Sports rather than Lancashire FA.
Langho are currently members of the East Lancashire Football League and finished second in the Premier Division, according to the league’s website.
Appley Bridge won Division One of the Mid Lancs Football League – the league’s second tier.
Workington's first team play in the Northern Premier League Premier Division while Bacup’s main side ply their trade in the North West Counties First Division North.
