Reserve Team Manager.

Lostock St. Gerards FC are looking to recruit a manager and assistant to help develop their Reserve team squad who currently play in the West Lancashire League Division 3. The club will be going through a period of transition through season 2017/18 and the club are hoping to expand over the coming years and we feel the Reserve Manager will be an integral part of this.
We are looking for a volunteer manager for the reserve team who will work closely with the 1st team manager who is responsible for the football side of the club. The club currently trains on a Wednesday evening and games are played on a Saturday at Wateringpool Lane, Lostock Hall and across the West Lancashire district. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with the 1st team manager to develop their plans and ideas for the club.
The post requires excellent communication and player management skills, self-motivation and enthusiasm for the game and a willingness to push this club forward.
The club feel the post is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to be fully involved in the running of a step 8 football club with ambition to progress..
Experience Required
FA Level 1 or prepared to work towards it
Previous management experience
Previous coaching experience

A Team Manager.

Lostock St. Gerards FC are looking to recruit an A manager to help develop their Youth players in conjunction with the ongoing development of the 1st team and Reserve Team squads. The A team currently play in the Mid Lancashire League Division 1. The club will be going through a period of transition through season 2017/18 and the club are hoping to expand over the coming years and we feel the A Manager will be an integral part of this.
We are looking for a volunteer manager for the A team who will work closely with the 1st team and Reserve Team managers who is responsible for the football side of the club. The club currently trains on a Wednesday evening and games are played on a Saturday at Tardy Gate Recreation ground, Lostock Hall and across the Preston and District area. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with both the 1st team and Reserve team managers to develop their plans and ideas for the club.
The post requires excellent communication and player management skills, self-motivation and enthusiasm for the game and a willingness to push this club forward.
